A Beech 18 flying over Manhattan. In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful aircraft ever built.
A C-118 (DC-6) flying over the mountains.
My second serious attempt at adding heat blur.
The F-18A hornet flying towards the setting sun.
The dawn of aviation.

My first serious attempt at adding heat blur from the engines.
Another raw screenshot with some added effects and a slight change of colour. Don't know why I like this one, I guess it's the plane...

The old Fokker F2 airliner in diferent styles.
A Boeing 737 coming in for an emergency landing.
Probably the edit that I spent spent most time on. It was very hard drawing in the shadows and blending in the plane. I'm happy with the result though.
Two warbirds returning home after a long flight.

Two raw screenshots from filghtsim. I just added some effects and altered the colours a bit. Nothing too fancy...
I came up with this idea just after installing Google Earth. Amazing software!
Just having a bit of fun... it's not very good, but I learned how to make a frame.
The other way around! The scenery is from flightsim, but the plane is from a real photo.
I don't like the way this one turned out. The Typhoon in the foreground just looks too "flat"...
Something a bit more modern. I made the background myself using photoshop.
A bit more action in this one. A Spitfire pulling up after shooting down a German transport.

I put a lot of work in those two edits and I'm very happy with the result.

This is the original screenshot.
I used the windows XP background for this one. Also my first try at adding heat blur and smoke, but it looks awefull.
This is my first try at cutting aircraft from fligt sim and pasting them on another background. Looking back, it's not very good and it took me way too long to make it, but I had fun and learned a lot.
